2. 基礎(chǔ)段的同學(xué)只要能描述好這個病的癥狀、自己的感受、它的起因或者最后如何好起來即可。基礎(chǔ)比較好的同學(xué)可以通過說一個故事/親生經(jīng)歷來展開。

1. 范文里作者描述的是一個急癥。第一段介紹了這個急癥是什么。（只要你用詞準(zhǔn)確，一講這個term出來考官都能瞬間明白你要接下來說的癥狀）。

范文：
I don’t think anyone would like to talk deeply about this topic because suffering from a disease is a painful experience that we all try to avoid. I recalled I once suffered from food poisoning on a trip.
I flew to lake Tahoe with my friends for winter skiing a couple of years ago. It was a very short trip that only lasted for 3 days. I was excited and energetic and I had so much fun exercising. It was a warm winter at that time, so simply being in the mountain was pleasant enough. Most of the time we ate at formal restaurants near the ski resorts so everyone was fine. On the last day of our ski trip, I split with my friends after we finished some long ski runs. I stopped by a café up in the mountain – it was a place meant for skiers to take a break in the middle of the run – and I ordered a cup of coffee and a cheesecake in their fridge. I didn’t pay much attention to the quality of the food or how long it had been sitting in the fridge – I was simply too hungry and tired and I swallowed the entire cake quickly. Oddly, I didn’t realize anything unusual except the flavor was a bit too rich for me.
On my flight back home, I felt nausea at my seat. I don’t usually get car sick so that was extremely strange for me. A couple of minutes later, I couldn’t stand it anymore and needed to head to the restroom - the simple nausea turned into full-on diarrhea and non-stop vomiting. I spent an hour in the restroom on the flight where my friends came to check on me after seeing I was gone for so long. After I arrived home, I thought the symptoms would go away by themselves but they stayed just as strongly for 2 days. I ended up going to a clinic and they helped stopped the symptoms with prescribed medications and recommended some protein shakes to expedite the recovery process.
The worst part of this incident was that I couldn’t eat normal foods and had no strength to go to work when I kept vomiting and having diarrhea. It’s extremely important to go to formal dining places and make sure everything we eat is neither contaminated nor expired.
