Reading passage:

opposition to the law on forbidding nonnative animal’s importing and selling

1) enforce pet owners to turn their pets to the authority

2) cost a lot of money on the study determining whether a nonnative animal is dangerous or not

3) the law is too general, because some nonnative animals can not survive in some cold region if they are escape, so it has little influence on the environment.

Listening Lecture:

1) the law only prevent pet keepers from buying a new one when a certain nonnative animal is found harmful to the ecosystem, they do not need turn the pets they already have to the authority.

2) The financial benefit brought about by the study far outweigh the cost to remove a nonnative animal when it is found to be harmful

3) Although some species can not survive when they escape in some region, it may also affect the environment a lot because the virus they take.

Example: Brizilian rabbit carries myxoma, some kind of virtue, kills 90 percent of local rabbit in a location

獨立寫作

It is better to spend money on traveling than saving money.

較容易寫的 topic，論述花錢在旅行上是不是比省錢更好。

立場要明確，認為是 better 還是不這么認為，兩方面選一方來寫即可。

如持同意觀點，羅列認為前者 better 的理由并適當舉例：把錢花在旅行上能讓人心情愉悅，享受生活，身心得到放松，尋得快樂；把錢花在旅行上是現(xiàn)在人才有的想法，可以交到新朋友，開闊眼界，學到很多憋在家里學不到的東西。還可從反面補充僅僅只省錢不旅游的 shortage：并不能使你放松也得不到快樂，錢省下來完全不用，那么賺錢又有何意義等。
