雅思工作類大作文典例分析及原創(chuàng)范文

 工作類的大作文中�？嫉囊粋�角度是“工作穩(wěn)定性vs.滿意度”。據(jù)筆者統(tǒng)計，在歷年的工作類考題中這個角度相關(guān)的題占了將近1/4，去年底甚至出現(xiàn)兩場連考的現(xiàn)象，足可見這個角度的高頻。因此就很有必要好好準備一下，鑒于目前雅思官方鐵了心地反預(yù)測和機經(jīng)，平時的積累就愈加重要。

下面這道典型例題是討論型的，邏輯上還算比較容易處理，以此為例來思考一下。審題后可以找到一個關(guān)鍵詞“more important”，所以這篇的關(guān)鍵是比較job satisfaction & job security的重要性問題。按照四段式展開：

開頭段：先適當改寫題目，引出話題，然后用一句話簡單回應(yīng)問題，清楚表達自己的立場， “很難說哪個更重要，因為個人需求和情況都可能有很大的差異”；

主體一：討論工作穩(wěn)定性的重要性，分三點展開——首先，穩(wěn)定的工作意味著持續(xù)性的收入， 可以確保生活的基本需求得以滿足；其次，有穩(wěn)定工作的人通常能享有更好的退休 金和其它各種福利待遇；最后，穩(wěn)定工作的人更可能充滿信心，由于熟練度提升， 從而相對更舒服，壓力也更�。�

主體二：討論工作滿意度的重要性，一點式展開——工作滿意度與個人的生活質(zhì)量息息相關(guān)， 雖然每個人的基本需求大致一樣，但具體到個人的需要或欲望可能天差地別，對于 有些人來說，不管付出多少代價也要追求夢想，對他們來說，僅僅“活著”是不夠 的；

結(jié)尾段：重申自己的觀點，不管是選擇穩(wěn)定工作還是追求工作滿意度都應(yīng)該謹慎，以盡量做 出不會令自己后悔的決定。

以下原創(chuàng)范文供參考： Some people argue that job satisfaction is more important than job security, while others think that people cannot always expect to enjoy a job and a permanent job is more important. Discuss both views and give your own opinion. Sample: Job security and satisfaction have always been two key factors for people to consider throughout their lives. As far as I am concerned, it is hard to tell which one is more vital, because personal needs and situation can be of large difference. There is no doubt that the stability of a job means greatly to an average individual. Firstly, a secured occupation can ensure consistent incoming of money necessary for covering all the basic needs of people, such as paying for housing, bills, healthcare, travel and education. Secondly, people holding a permanent job often have better pension and other forms of welfare. The reason is that those benefits can easily be influenced by frequent interruption resulting from an unstable working situation. Finally, people are more likely to feel confident about their work because of an increasing level of proficiency, therefore leading to a relatively comfortable and less stressful career. However, it is not uncommon today that some people sacrifice their happiness in order to maintain a seemingly decent job, which can be rather pathetic. Job satisfaction is closely related to the general quality of life for an individual. After all, while the basic needs are more or less identical, specific demands and desires can vary significantly among different people. For example, in any ages there have always been a certain proportion of people, particularly in the fields of creative industry like painting, dedicated to pursuing their dreamy career path however high the price may be. It seems to them that merely breathing on the ground needless to worry about surviving is insufficient, as quoted from a late rock star 'better burn out than fade away'. In conclusion, before making any decision, either staying in a job permanently or searching for more satisfying one, individuals should really think it over and try to make the right move that they would not regret in the future.
