題目：Many people nowadays do not feel safe either when they are at home or go out. What are the reasons and what to do to solve this problem?

寫作基本思路：

Paragraph 1：開頭段引出現(xiàn)代人們無論在外還是在家都感覺缺乏安全感這一現(xiàn)象
　　Paragraph 2：闡明有兩大主要原因，一是社會(huì)治安差、犯罪率高，導(dǎo)致人們擔(dān)憂個(gè)人安全以及財(cái)產(chǎn)安全；二是人與人之間缺乏社交，不愿主動(dòng)幫助別人，很多人即便在家也是缺乏溝通，而是沉溺于電子娛樂產(chǎn)品
　　Paragraph 3：提出解決這一問題的有效辦法：一是政府應(yīng)當(dāng)加強(qiáng)管理及提升法治，有效控制犯罪率；二是人們應(yīng)當(dāng)多和家人溝通，積極參加家庭活動(dòng)；三是擴(kuò)大社交圈，建立社區(qū)意識(shí)，創(chuàng)造良好的社會(huì)氛圍。

開頭段

A recent research conducted by Guangzhou Daily covering 38 cities shows that an increasingly number of people do not feel safe either go out or even at home. The following paragraphs aim to identify the contributing factors and set forth some effective measures。

第二段：

Nowadays, people do not feel safe either at home or go out for an array of reasons. As far as I’m concerned, there are two main factors. Firstly, public security is poor, making people suffering from insecurity. It is sad for us to admit that crime rate is still high, and people are worried about their personal security and property security. It is reported that last year there was a plague of robbery and housebreaking, according to the Xinhua News Agency.

What’s more, people do not feel safe at home or go out also because of poor social interaction. It is quite common for us to see that people seldom say hello to each other, and also do not give others a hand when someone is in trouble. Even at home, a majority of people keep silence and are unwilling to talk with others, playing their own electronic devices。

第三段：

What effective measures should we take to combat the problems mentioned above? As for the poor society security, firstly, government should strengthen management and improve law to combat crime. Secondly, as for the poor social interaction, it is better for us to engage in more family activities and communicate more with family members. What’s more, enlarge our social circles and build a sense of community is also important. Try to help others out of trouble if we can, and smile to each other, creating a good social atmosphere.
