一、文章的整體結(jié)構(gòu)
Introduction: 引入句+過(guò)渡句（轉(zhuǎn)述或改寫(xiě)題目中雙方的觀點(diǎn)）
Body1: 討論第一個(gè)觀點(diǎn)（展示觀點(diǎn)+分析原因/實(shí)例+分析利弊）
Body2: 討論第二個(gè)觀點(diǎn)（展示觀點(diǎn)+分析原因/實(shí)例+分析利弊）
Conclusion: 表述自己的觀點(diǎn)+原因或自己的建議。
展開(kāi)觀點(diǎn)：
e.g. C6, T2：Successful sports professionals can earn a great deal more money than people in other important professions. Some people think this is fully justified while others think it is unfair.
Discuss both views and give your opinion.
展開(kāi)的觀點(diǎn)：other important professions, such as top surgeons or research scientists, or even leading politicians.
C8 T1: Some people think that parents should teach children how to be good members of society. Others, however, believe that school is the place to learn this.
Discuss both views and give your opinion.
展開(kāi)的觀點(diǎn)：a good member of society, to be a good member of any society the individual must respect and obey the rules of their community and share their values.
Some people think that the only purpose of prison is to punish crime. Others , however, think that it has other purposes. Discuss both views and give your opinion.
展開(kāi)的觀點(diǎn)：other purposes: to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for law-abiding citizens; to deter potential crime; to rehabilitate law offenders; to educate people, etc.
二．對(duì)于兩個(gè)views的個(gè)人觀點(diǎn)不同，作文主題段論證的方法也不同。
1. 贊同一方-- 先討論不贊同的一方進(jìn)行論述和反駁，后提出贊同一方的看法和理由，最后點(diǎn)明自己的觀點(diǎn)。
例文：C6 T2：Successful sports professionals can earn a great deal more money than people in other important professions. Some people think this is fully justified while others think it is unfair.
Discuss both views and give your opinion.
練習(xí)作文：教育類(lèi)：Some people believe the society benefits from people who receive university education; others think the large number of these people will lead to high rate of unemployment. Discuss both views and give your opinion.
贊同的觀點(diǎn)：the society benefits from people who receive university education;
不贊同的觀點(diǎn)：the large number of these people will lead to high rate of unemployment. （high rate of unemployment is caused mainly by economic recession and economic crisis.）
2. 中立時(shí)– 主題段論證時(shí)分別幫對(duì)方給出理由，最后提出自己的看法。
例文：C8 T1 : Some people think that parents should teach children how to be good members of society. Others, however, believe that school is the place to learn this.
Discuss both views and give your opinion.
練習(xí)作文：文化類(lèi)：In some culture the old age is more valued, while in some cultures the youth is more valued. Discuss both views and give your opinion.
3. 不同意任何一方– 在討論時(shí)對(duì)雙方看法闡述后都分別加入反駁成分并論證兩者之間的關(guān)系，最后亮出自己的看法。
例文：C7 T1：It is believed that some people are born with certain talents, for instance for sport or music, and others are not. However, it is sometimes claimed that any child can be taught to become a good sports person or musician.

練習(xí)作文：環(huán)境類(lèi)：Development in technology leads to environmental problems, and some people think that the solution to these problems is for everyone to lead a simpler way of life, while others say that technology can solve these problems. Discuss both views and give your opinion.
