美國的初級(jí)醫(yī)護(hù)人員

閱讀

20000 primary care doctors are in shortage in America, there are three reasons

1 上醫(yī)學(xué)院學(xué)費(fèi)貴，學(xué)生需要貸款，畢業(yè)之后 primary doctors 的工資低，不夠還貸款

2 PC doctors 壓力大，工作時(shí)間長，看的病人多，沒人愿意干這個(gè)工作

3 the opportunities to get trained are limited. 畢業(yè)后要培訓(xùn)三年才能上崗，但是 residency position不多，導(dǎo)致很多學(xué)生畢業(yè)后得不到培訓(xùn)，之后他們就延遲培訓(xùn)或者改行

這些問題都有解決方法

1，學(xué)生入學(xué)時(shí)承諾畢業(yè)后在 primary care field 干，政府就會(huì)給他們提供幫助，比如幫助附貸款或者提供獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金

2，可以培訓(xùn)護(hù)士，讓她們承擔(dān)一部分醫(yī)生的工作，比如開藥方，這樣醫(yī)生壓力就減少了

3，美國頒布了一個(gè)法律，規(guī)定如果畢業(yè)生三年里都沒有接受培訓(xùn)，政府就會(huì)把他們安排到其他醫(yī)院，這些醫(yī)院有 residency positions

總體比較簡單，閱讀沒有什么生詞，聽力聽得也很清楚，主要是最后一個(gè)論點(diǎn)，由于讀文章時(shí)只關(guān)注記題了，第三個(gè)論點(diǎn)細(xì)節(jié)沒怎么看，導(dǎo)致聽力第三個(gè)論點(diǎn)聽得也不是很清楚，后來閱讀又出來的時(shí)候，又細(xì)細(xì)的看了閱讀，然后根據(jù)聽力聽到的內(nèi)容自己組織了下語言。用了模板，280個(gè)字左右。

獨(dú)立寫作:

It is more important for a university to spend money on improving facilities (libraries,computer labs and technology in general) than to spend money on hiring famous teachers.

讓步段：誠然，對(duì)于那些設(shè)備落后的大學(xué)應(yīng)該花更多的錢在更新設(shè)備上，比如建圖書館，實(shí)驗(yàn)室，和體育館。學(xué)校設(shè)備好了，學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)效率，老師的教學(xué)效率變高，校園生活更加豐富。圖書館提供學(xué)生好的閱讀資源和環(huán)境，實(shí)驗(yàn)室可以讓學(xué)生實(shí)踐理論知識(shí)，體育館給學(xué)生老師提供運(yùn)動(dòng)場(chǎng)地，身體更健康，促進(jìn)學(xué)習(xí)。

轉(zhuǎn)折段：但是那些設(shè)備已經(jīng)很好但是沒有有名氣的老師的大學(xué)要花更多錢在雇用老師上。

首先，設(shè)備已經(jīng)很好，沒必要再花很多錢在這上面。這筆錢可以花在雇傭有名氣的老師，這樣可以宣傳，提高學(xué)校知名度，吸引更多更優(yōu)秀的學(xué)生;再次，一批有才能的老師可以提高學(xué)校的教學(xué)質(zhì)量，學(xué)生的成績也會(huì)提高。大學(xué)應(yīng)該通過提供有名氣的老師高工資，或者好的工作環(huán)境來吸引那些有名的老師。

Schools in big cities do not have enough teachers, the reading believes that signing bonuses( offering teachers cash payment, and other financial incentives) project can improve urban schools.

1. Signing bonus will increase the income, usually teachers' income is low. So this project could stimulate other teacher to apply for urban schools.

2. The Signing bonuses make the teacher’s salaries comparable with other professions, thus would attract capable candidates from other professions into teaching positions such as computer science, engineers.

3. The signing bonuses will reduce teacher staffing problem at the beginning of a school term. They will not quit at the beginning of their jobs. Besides, They are legally obligated to pay back the money if they quit.

Listening

The signing bonuses are not likely to solve the problem.

1. According to a survey concerning what do teachers care the most. Salary is not the top concern. Other factors, such as how well the school administration is, how well the laboratories and libraries are, or even the commute hours matter more to some experienced teachers. So the experienced teachers are not likely to apply for urban schools only for the sake of money.

2. The biggest obstacle for other professions to enter teaching position is the stressful and long process getting the teaching certification. They have to quit the old jobs to prepare, which results in salary loss. If they are preparing while doing their current job, it would be more stressful.

3. it would not be a good thing to both teachers and their students if teachers are trapped in their position. Teachers cannot leave schools before they pay back the bonus money, they will not in good mood, the teaching and student will suffer.

文章提了三個(gè) factor contributes to the rise of Rome.但是文章末尾說這三個(gè) factor 同樣導(dǎo)致了 the downfall of Rome. 聽力內(nèi)容支持了這一說法。(聽力是支持!閱讀材料不是四段而是五段，末尾有個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)折，于是聽力就接著轉(zhuǎn)折點(diǎn)觀點(diǎn)一路解釋下去了，沒有反駁閱讀觀點(diǎn)。)

1. military factor: 閱讀認(rèn)為：Rome recruit soldiers from its conquered land and motivate them to join Rome army。聽力反駁：not only soldiers but officers of Rome are of other nationality. They are disloyal to the empire and finally became against to it.

2. political factor.

閱讀里: the unchallenged power of the leader, the emperor， allow the empire to undertake great project, such as war.

聽力反駁： The unchallenged power is beneficial only when these projects are for the whole nation's sake. However, many emperor use their power for their own sake, such as building palace on the conquered land.

3. Economic factor.

閱讀：Rome have a great amount of tax income from its farmers for the administration and defence of the empire.

聽力反駁：the cost of administration and defence of the empire increases along with the tax income. the tax rate become higher and higher and finally cause farmers' dislike and hatred for the Rome rules.

Your job has overall greater happiness than your social life do.

講兩百萬年前蜜蜂到底存不存在。

綜合寫作閱讀文第一個(gè)疑點(diǎn)是找不到實(shí)際存在的蜜蜂化石，但教授說那時(shí)候還沒有能產(chǎn)生樹脂的樹，所以沒有保留下來的化石很正常;第二個(gè)疑點(diǎn)是兩百萬年前沒有開花植物所以蜜蜂不存在，而教授說蜜蜂不一定完全依賴開花植物;綜合寫作第三個(gè)疑點(diǎn)是至今發(fā)現(xiàn)的蜂巢都缺少一種現(xiàn)代蜂巢的結(jié)構(gòu) Caps，但教授說其實(shí)兩者存在相同化學(xué)物質(zhì)。

1. New version of existing products,

2. New product related to the brand.

反駁的是如果舊的 vehicle 的賣點(diǎn)是 tough,如果新產(chǎn)品如 boots 沒有這樣的 quality,就會(huì)給公司帶來 bad reputation.反駁是如果原來買冰淇淋的廠商開始賣巧克力了，會(huì)增加巧克力的競(jìng)爭者。

3. 聯(lián)合生產(chǎn)。

反駁的是如果產(chǎn)品一個(gè)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)不了那么可以幾個(gè)公司合作，要不沒什么用。舉了一個(gè)冰淇淋和巧克力的例子�？梢匀绻�有一天生產(chǎn)巧克力的那家公司開始自己生產(chǎn)冰淇淋，不再依賴冰淇淋公司，會(huì)導(dǎo)致從合作變成競(jìng)爭關(guān)系。

1. 人是從東部遷徙過去的，但是野牛數(shù)量下降時(shí)從西邊開始的，東部也吃野牛，但是數(shù)量沒有下降。

2. 野牛可以在寒冷的天氣下生存，有很厚的皮，還可以吃雪下面的草而牛和馬在冷環(huán)境下無法存活。過去的狩獵武器跟新武器一樣有效，所以新武器出現(xiàn)后威力更大的說法是說不通的。
