Some people think younger people are not suitable for important positions in the government. Some think it will be a good idea for younger people to take these positions. Discuss both views and give your own opinion. (Words=326)

　　年輕人的職業(yè)發(fā)作，尤其是他們是否應(yīng)當(dāng)承擔(dān)政府重要的工作成為政府必須面對(duì)以及解決的問(wèn)題。一些人認(rèn)為我們應(yīng)該允許年輕人參與重要的政治活動(dòng)。然而我持有一個(gè)反向的觀點(diǎn)。
 
　　Yong people’s career plan, specifically whether they should undertake important titles in the government or not, is the issue that the government has to confront with and appropriately tackle. Some propose that we should not allow youngsters to participate in important political activities. However, I hold an opposite perspective toward such a notion.=53

　　To begin with, a distinct merit emerging from youngsters working on such a position is the improvement of government efficiency. Undeniably, administration will better avoid suffering from stagnations caused by the absence of execution. Admittedly, a majority of governmental agencies are thirsty for increasing high-efficiency operation, as it is a pivotal driving power in people’s daily work and life. On the other hand, the conflict between the demand for talents and low efficiency in handling affairs continues to widen. However, to tackle this issue depends on new vitality that can be produced by talent youngsters. =95

　　此外，解決政府執(zhí)政能力的問(wèn)題，由年輕人承擔(dān)政府職責(zé)可能是一個(gè)很好的方式。它是確保政府的廉潔，民主以及公正的最好的方式。很多國(guó)家都要投入大量的人力物力財(cái)力解決由不適當(dāng)?shù)念I(lǐng)導(dǎo)與運(yùn)營(yíng)所引發(fā)的腐敗與疏于職首。然而，如果這些資金能過(guò)投入到培訓(xùn)年輕有為的年輕的政府人員，這些問(wèn)題就會(huì)得到解決。
 
　　Furthermore, to cope with the issue of governing capacity of the government, taking over official positions by young people may be a well-established path. It is one of the best options to ensure governmental integrity, democracy and fairness. Many countries require investment of a great deal of manpower, materials and capital to deal with corruption and neglect of duty caused by inappropriate guidance and operation. However, if the funds were invested in training young and promising government servants, these issues would be curbed. =83
