　　UNC在校商科背景學生可以本碩連讀5年畢業(yè)；其他學校的會計本科學生30學分（9個月）拿到會計碩士學位；全日制課程面向非會計專業(yè)，在校學生在6月開始這個項目。

　　北卡羅來納大學教堂山分校會計碩士視申請者專業(yè)背景不同，設有以下兩種授課形式：

　　1、如申請者未有會計背景，可申請校園授課項目或遠程教育授課項目，為期12個月，要求申請者本科畢業(yè)，擁有非會計專業(yè)背景，且未修讀過會計課程，或修讀過未超過12個學分的會計課程，要求遞交GMAT或GRE成績。該項目設有稅務（Tax）和審計（Audit）兩個專業(yè)方向，學生有機會獲得Merit-based獎學金、TA獎學金等。
