英國MBA面試指南

　　在申請過程中，學(xué)校收到申請后，如果符合要求，學(xué)校會(huì)郵件通知面試，小伙伴通常不知道該怎么準(zhǔn)備，下面給大家提供一些Guidance Notes(英文部分選自杜倫MBA申請指導(dǎo))， 注意看哦~

　　1. 學(xué)校為什么會(huì)安排面試?

　　a. To give you the opportunity to expand on the information you have already provided in your written application, particularly with regard to your management and professional experience. ( 學(xué)校希望看到基于申請材料之外的拓展內(nèi)容，特別是在管理和專業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)方面。)

　　b. To enable the School to find out more about you - and to enable you to find out more about the School and the MBA programme. (雙向了解，讓學(xué)校了解更多自己的信息，同時(shí)也進(jìn)一步增加自己對于申請?jiān)盒：蚆BA課程的了解)

　　c. To provide you with an opportunity to meet a member of University staff ‘face to face’ prior to the start date of the MBA programme. (有機(jī)會(huì)和導(dǎo)師面對面交流，增加親近感，MBA面試很大可能是之后碩士課程導(dǎo)師哦,要好好把握機(jī)會(huì)哦~)

　　d. To help ensure the robustness of the School’s overall admissions policy and procedures in general. (確保學(xué)校招生政策的穩(wěn)定性，按流程走)

　　e. To demonstrate to you as an MBA applicant that the School approaches admissions and recruitment in a professional and thorough manner. (近距離接觸到學(xué)校對于申請者全面，專業(yè)的招生方式)

　　f. To enable school to emphasise to you, some of the key aspects of the MBA (eg the participative nature, of some of the Personal Development Components. (學(xué)校會(huì)給到申請者M(jìn)BA課程的一些關(guān)鍵信息，對于以后職業(yè)規(guī)劃和發(fā)展非常有利)

　　2. 面試如何準(zhǔn)備

　　g. Read the MBA student specification. (了解MBA課程的申請要求，如果剛剛達(dá)到或者差一點(diǎn)達(dá)到申請要求，需要考慮如果從其他方面進(jìn)一步提升自己的優(yōu)勢)

　　h. Re-read your MBA application form to remind yourself what you have told us so far.

　　(復(fù)審一下之前提交的申請材料，申請的時(shí)候有可能會(huì)被問道一些申請材料中的問題，盡量不要存在偏差)

　　i. Be prepared to expand upon the information on your application form. The University is particularly interested in your professional experience. (學(xué)校對于申請者的專業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)是非常感興趣的，尤其是申請材料之外的拓展內(nèi)容)

　　j. Why do you want to study an MBA at our university? Be prepared to tell us your motives for studying an MBA and why you wish to study at our Business School in particular.(基本面試都會(huì)遇到的問題，為什么選擇我們學(xué)校的MBA課程已經(jīng)未來的一些規(guī)劃)

　　k. We will want to reassure ourselves that, if offered a place on our MBA programme, you will participate fully in the programme and work well with students from a wide range of backgrounds. Hence think carefully about evidence you can provide which is relevant to these criteria.
