美國十大被看好專業(yè)介紹

近日，F(xiàn)astWeb介紹了10個在美國大學(xué)中新穎并前途看好的專業(yè)，一些過去根本沒有或是不受重視的學(xué)科，近年來漸漸嶄露頭角，成為越來越受歡迎的專業(yè)。

1. 新媒體 (New media)
網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體是傳媒、新聞界增長較快的領(lǐng)域，新媒體專業(yè)將傳統(tǒng)新聞?wù)n程與數(shù)字媒體設(shè)計和管理結(jié)合起來。其中有些學(xué)校更注重電腦技術(shù)和網(wǎng)頁設(shè)計，例如舊金山藝術(shù)學(xué)院；另一些學(xué)校則更強調(diào)傳播整合和數(shù)碼技術(shù)，比如印第安納大學(xué)和普度大學(xué)。
New Media is the means of masscommunication using digital technologies such as the Internet. The new media has also become central to the political arena.

2. 生物工程 (Biotechnology)
生物工程專業(yè)兼顧生物學(xué)和工程學(xué)，旨在解決農(nóng)業(yè)、食品科學(xué)、和醫(yī)學(xué)方面的實用問題，是一項交叉學(xué)科。生物工程專業(yè)通常與商學(xué)課程相輔佐，提供兩個專業(yè)的雙學(xué)位。很多生物工程專業(yè)原本都是研究生水平的，不過，近來本科學(xué)位畢業(yè)生的需求越來越高。

4. 國土安全專業(yè) (Homeland security)
9.11后興起的國土安全專業(yè)課程涵蓋面很廣，從心理學(xué)到災(zāi)難救助，從聯(lián)邦法律到危險物品處理。美國聯(lián)邦政府的國土安全部為這個專業(yè)的學(xué)生提供了相當(dāng)多的獎學(xué)金和助學(xué)金，并在國土安全防御中心提供一個18個月、授予學(xué)位的培訓(xùn)課程。

6. 電腦游戲設(shè)計 (Computer game design)

HCI主要設(shè)計用來提高人們使用高科技產(chǎn)品的能力，并深入研究科技對個體和群體的影響，這個專業(yè)一般是計算機科學(xué)學(xué)院的研究生課程，但有些學(xué)校，像新澤西理工學(xué)院已經(jīng)開始開設(shè)本科課程。
HCI (human-computer interaction) is the study of how people interact with computers and to what extent computersare or are not developed for successful interaction with human beings. A significant number of major corporations and academic institutions now study HCI.
