　　Passage: microcredit 不能解決貧困問題。
　　1)borrower 沒有 business skill，做生意很容易失敗
　　2)小額貸款會(huì) increase 銀行的 administration cost，是 inefficient 的。
　　3)如果政府把錢投入 microcredit 里面，就不能投到其它方面了。
　　Lecture: 文章說得不對(duì)。
　　1)agencies 提供 other services，比如教 borrower 怎么記賬，怎么利潤(rùn)最大化等等。
　　2)文章說的問題很好解決：銀行可以把錢借給由 4-5 個(gè)人組成的 small groups，這樣在相同的 cost 下幫助了貧困的人。
　　3)由于提供小額貸款的都是 agencies，政府其實(shí)在這方面 save 了 money，這樣政府就能把錢投到小型貸款不能融資的大型工程，比如建一棟樓什么的...

　　In the modern time, people pay more and more attention to food security issue. Some people believe that the food we ate in the past is healthier than the food today. However, based on an overall consideration of integrated factors, I cannot agree with this assertion.
　　It is undeniable that the food in the past was healthy thanks to the environment. As is known to all that people did not use any chemical fertilizers, on the contrary, farmyard manure was utilized almost in every farm. As a result, the natural fertilizer decreased the risk at which people got food poisoning to a large extent. Moreover, since it was not too industrialized in the old days, the sand, the water and the air was seldom polluted which means that the growing environment for the grains, vegetables and fruits was relatively healthy....
