Today prison is the most common solution for crime. But some people think that it would be a  more effective solution to provide them with better education to prevent them from becoming criminals. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

寫作思路：（僅供參考）

（1）有些人認為囚禁罪犯是一種有效降低犯罪率的方式，但我支持通過教育方式來降低犯罪率。

（2）有人說，囚禁罪犯是一種有效方式，它能通過嚴厲的懲罰打壓犯罪行為，維持社會治安。

（3）而我認為，囚禁罪犯并不是一種有效方式，根本原因在于，罪犯被囚禁的時間越長，他們的反叛心理和對社會的仇視心理越嚴重，因此他們建更多的監(jiān)獄并不能有效控制犯罪率。有研究表明，囚禁時間越長，罪犯出獄后二次犯罪率越高。

所以，緩解犯罪現(xiàn)象的根本途徑在于教育。教育可以從本質上改變一個人的價值觀、人生觀、世界觀，這有助于創(chuàng)造和諧良好的社會氛圍、降低犯罪率。并且，媒體教育也是一種極好的大眾傳播方式，因為媒體對于人們生活的影響無處不在。

A. 人們指望政府出臺政策來保護環(huán)境，并未意識到每個人對于環(huán)保也能做出自己的貢獻。而且，只有通過每個人的努力，才有可能共同把我們賴以生存的環(huán)境保護好，才有可能使地球保持可持續(xù)發(fā)展，造福我們的子孫后代。

B.環(huán)保動力不足，人們認為環(huán)保事業(yè)與自己生活并無太大關系，環(huán)保并不能改善自己的生活。

（2）解決方案／建議：

A.通過教育（學校教育、媒體教育&社區(qū)教育）途徑增強人們的環(huán)保意識：特別是要使人們意識到環(huán)保需要大家共同努力，而不是僅僅依靠政府。

B. 政府或者國家應該大力宣傳先進環(huán)保事跡，出臺相應獎勵政策，以鼓勵每個人對于環(huán)保事業(yè)做出貢獻。
