超實(shí)用 托福寫作用詞貼【附寫作模版】

對于托福寫作的用詞，短期內(nèi)只能把控可把控的部分，包括body段的主題句，body段內(nèi)部論證銜接，以及開頭段。秉承這個原則，分別來說說用詞。

關(guān)于托福作文的主題句，常用到的表達(dá)多涉及：促進(jìn)，帶來，引發(fā)，導(dǎo)致，使能夠，重要，關(guān)鍵，不能...，使穩(wěn)固，加強(qiáng)，確保等動詞。

define 定義，下標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

1）當(dāng)表達(dá)：一個好的A需要有B/ 一個好的A需要是B這樣的，如：一個好老師需要夠耐心 ——A good teacher should have patience/ should be patient。

英文框架：a good n should have n / be adj。可轉(zhuǎn)述為：Patience defines one of the good characteristics of a good teacher.例如： Doing a part time job defines one of the good ways to build a social network.同理，在表達(dá)  determine 決定   /   depend on 取決于，這樣的概念時，也可以套用。

The capability of communication skill determines whether or not he is a qualified politician.
　　The capability of communication skill defines whether or not he is a qualified politician.

define  局限，分清楚

表達(dá)：A不等于B時可替換；A does not equal B  =   A does not define B
　　表達(dá)：A自身凸顯出來，通過做...
　　The communication skill defines a successful politician from those normal ones by gathering the support from all the colleagues.

facilitate   使...容易  

同類還有如：spur  prod  stimulate   刺激  促進(jìn)  促使
　　A thorough understanding about how to communicate can facilitate the politician's career.
　　A thorough understanding on communication skill can spur the development of the politician's career.

trigger 引發(fā)

同類還有如：產(chǎn)生 engender  /  generate the consequence that；導(dǎo)致  cause / lead to ；

complete 完成，使圓滿，使完整；表達(dá)A對B很重要時可替換：A well-paid job completes a major part of one's happiness.同理可用組成類詞匯：component   /   consist of：A well-paid job is a major component of one's happiness。Several things, among which a well-paid job is particularlly crucial, consist of one's happiness.

acquire  realize  achieve  obtain  attain 實(shí)現(xiàn)、獲得，只說一點(diǎn)，不要隨意的再用have、get 這樣的詞了。另外關(guān)于development  可以替換為boom v/n， prosper v，prosperous    adj ， prosperity  繁榮，flourish  thrive  v  繁榮。

關(guān)于understanding 可替換為comprehension  cognition  認(rèn)知；awareness  意識；be aware of 對...有意識；
　　關(guān)于beneficial 和 do good to，可替換為influence possitively   產(chǎn)生+有利影響 或 帶來+好的結(jié)果  。

關(guān)于important

可以替換詞本身如：crucial    elementary    core    cardinal    fundamental    irreplaceable  等；也可改變形式：A is important to B  =   A is of great importance to B  =  A is of crucial importance to B；也可轉(zhuǎn)述為：For A's ___, B is of crucial importance.

For a politician's career, communication skill is of crucial importance.有時也可表達(dá)為：A cannot survive without B；A offers an necessary incentive for B to grow/boom/prosper。在作文當(dāng)中，若想使句子變長，有一個用詞原則  n > v > adj。因為每次把a(bǔ)dj變成n之后，都需要在n前加上額外的動詞。

關(guān)于寫作萬用理由

交朋友-- enlarge social circle  /  extend the social network  / solidify the connection between me and
　　放松身心--relieve the stress  / cleanse the burden
　　帶來歡樂--帶來參照前面   fulfillment  satisfaction
　　拓展視野--enlarge the vision  / broaden the horizon  /  enrich the knowledge
　　方便   convenience 
　　時間--加速進(jìn)程  speed up the process  
   　減少時間浪費(fèi)  reduce the amount of time people waste on it
　　健康--確保  restore the energy 精力 
　　環(huán)保--減少環(huán)境污染--largely release the burden on the environment-- largely lessen the contamination of the environment
　　未來、夢想 --加固the preparation for n；close the distance to the realization of my future dream；build up a solid foundation for the future...

關(guān)于情態(tài)動詞

　　take sth into account   /        take sth into consideration   把..考慮在內(nèi)

附一個簡單的托福讓步式模板

題目：should government preserve old and historical buildings or build new housing?

Often viewed____by the public for its function of _____, _____ does not ______. Several factors, such as ___ , ____ as well as ____ contribute to this issue. Therefore, i note that ____.

Often viewed consiliative by the public for its function of bringing back all those childhood memory, preserving old and historical buildings does not complete a qualified government. Several factors, such as solving the living problems for the general civilians, spuring the local economy as well as raising the fund for city infrastructure contribute to this issue. Therefore, i note that  government made the wise choice if they choose A over B.

解釋：

空格1：adj，正向
　　空格2：不選擇的那面的功能，空格12之間需要有一定關(guān)聯(lián)，如果找不到，空格1填beneficial這樣的大范圍詞。
　　空格3：不選擇的那么
　　空格4：根據(jù)條件涉及選擇或套用萬能fulfill everything / generate more benefits / put sth into a better place
　　空格5，6，7：同意面的三個理由的概述
　　空格8：觀點(diǎn)轉(zhuǎn)述

此寫作模板適用于托福寫作在22分左右徘徊的同志，寫不到20分以上。
