SSAT閱讀簡介

SSAT ，即為Secondary School Admission Test，美國中學(xué)入學(xué)考試。

針對不同年齡的學(xué)生，SSAT考試分為高級（upper level）和低級（lower level），前者針對目前就讀8-11年級的學(xué)生，后者針對目前就讀5-7年級的學(xué)生。SSAT包括寫作，閱讀，詞匯及數(shù)學(xué)四個科目，考試時間分布基本如下：

Writing                 25mins

Break                  5mins

Section 1：Quantitative   30mins

Section 2：Reading       40mins

Break：                10mins

Section 3: Verbal         30mins

Section 4: Quantitative    30mins

Total testing time: 2 hours, 35 minutes (not including breaks)

SSAT閱讀文章類型

注意: 閱讀部分一般包含8到10篇文章，前兩篇是最簡單的，一定要完成。從第三篇開始可以有選擇的性的完成，因為閱讀部分設(shè)置了遠遠多于規(guī)定時間即40分鐘可以完成的閱讀量及閱讀題目，考生必須有選擇的完成自己擅長的篇章及題目，才能取得最好的分數(shù)。

SSAT閱讀題型

SSAT閱讀總體可分為General Questions及Specific Questions兩大類。具體而言：
