題目：In education and employment, some people work harder than others. Why do some people work harder? Is it always a good thing to work hard?關(guān)于第 一問“原因”，一定要把大家“內(nèi)卷”的原因/目的具體化，譬如為了更高的薪水（主觀因素）、各個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)難以開拓新市場(chǎng)導(dǎo)致的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)加�。ǹ陀^因素）等。關(guān)于第二問“利弊分析”，這里只需要給出定性“好”還是“壞”及其理由即可，但仍然建議考生做到利弊兼顧、突出其一。“好”的理由是work hard才能提高個(gè)人成績(jī)、獲得上級(jí)/導(dǎo)師的青睞，進(jìn)而獲得更多的回報(bào)（薪水、職位、獎(jiǎng)金等）；“壞”的理由是成功取決于多種因素，單純的“work hard”只是增加了時(shí)間上的支出，并不一定會(huì)帶來等量的（業(yè)績(jī)、薪水等）增長(zhǎng)，而且會(huì)加重身體負(fù)擔(dān)、心理壓力等。
