1 like clockwork=doing sth. well with precision and on schedule. 分秒不差 

I'm always puntual and everything I plan goes off like clockwork. 我總是很準(zhǔn)時(shí)，我計(jì)劃的事情都是分秒不差

The landlord counted on their rent check, like clockwork by the third of each month. 

那個(gè)房東象往常一樣等他們來(lái)交每月3號(hào)支付的房租。
