To more credibility, by and large popular teachers are equipped with rich knowledge and abundant experience. One of the most fundamental reasons to distinguish a popular teacher from an ordinary one is his devotion and dedication to his career. with the aim to fulfill every student’s potential, the teacher applies himself to the preparing and lecturing, during which, he acquires professional learning himself and gets a better comprehension of how to train every single student in the most appropriate way. For example, my elder sister is a teacher, with her expertise in the particular field she is teaching, she knows how to teach in an accessible way and it turned out that students in her class admired her a lot.

詞匯方面學(xué)生也有亮點(diǎn)：使用 be equipped with  替代 have；fulfill one’s potential 表達(dá)充分發(fā)揮潛能；apply oneself to 表達(dá)致力于；in an accessible way 表達(dá)以一種容易理解的方式。當(dāng)然從語(yǔ)言的另一角度來(lái)看，語(yǔ)言的準(zhǔn)確性學(xué)生存在一定的不足：表示其次的 To add more credibility, 學(xué)生錯(cuò)寫(xiě)了 To more credibility; with the aim to fulfill every student’s potential, 學(xué)生沒(méi)有將 with 的首字母大寫(xiě)。 

During which 后學(xué)生加了逗號(hào)，during which 充當(dāng)?shù)氖窍刃性~功能，后面不需要加逗號(hào)。但整體來(lái)看符合 ETS 官方對(duì)于此塊的 4 分評(píng)價(jià)：Displays facility in the use of language, demonstrating syntactic variety and range of vocabulary, though it will probably have occasional noticeable minor errors in structure, word form, or use of idiomatic language that do not interfere with meaning.
