雅思口語小講堂：Holiday

Holiday這個話題在題庫中出現(xiàn)過很多次，難度也不高，所以大部分的學生都可以回答一些內(nèi)容，但問題是大部分的學生答案會比較單一，比如holiday要么就在家要么就出去玩，目的就是relax。所以這個話題中如何說得跟別人不一樣就是我們需要注意的東西啦。

工作的時候還是上學的時候更享受假期?

Do you enjoy more the holiday when you study or when you work?

I enjoy my holiday more when I work. When I was a student, actually, I had a lot of free time since I didn’t need to go to classes every day and 5 days a week 每周五天. However, when I work, I have to sign in 打卡 and have to be in my company every day. Thus, the holiday seems more important to me and I enjoy it more.

假期的時候你喜歡呆在家里還是出去玩?

Do you like to stay at home or go away during holidays?

It depends不一定. If I have a short holiday I would like to stay at home and relax. Most of the time I will lying on my sofa and watch my favorite TV show. If I have a long holiday, I would like to go travel with my friends or by myself. I believe it is the only way to get away from the hustles and bustles of city life遠離城市的喧囂.

放假喜歡去哪玩?

What kinds of places do you like to go on holiday?

I would like to go to some places new on holiday, especially those places with fantastic natural view棒呆了的自然風光. I particularly like the colorful places like the parks with cherry blossoms in spring, the crystal blue水晶般清澈湛藍的 sea in summer, the mountain with flaming maple trees火焰般的紅葉 in autumn and the villages covered with snow in winter. There are always some beautiful spots all around the year.

你想要跟誰一起度假?

Who would you like to go on holiday with?

I would like to go on holiday with my family and my friends, to be specific確切地說 with those who can relax and enjoy the journey. For instance, my mum. She would like to sit back and relax放松 whenever we go on a trip but is always curious about the new culture like food, clothes, scenery and so on. She would follow my travel plan without whining 抱怨about some trivial things.

將來想去哪里度假?

Where do you plan to go for holiday in the future?

I plan to go to New Zealand in the near future. I have been longing to go there ever since I watched the movie the Lord of the Rings指環(huán)王. It was like a magical world in that movie: the Hobbiton village霍比屯, the splendid glacier冰川 in the southern island, and the fairytale-like Queenstown. If I had a chance, I would definitely go there.
