這個(gè)題怎么審？論點(diǎn)如何找？開頭段如何組織怎么寫？可以采用三步走的方式：

Step 1.找取題目中的關(guān)鍵詞或者關(guān)鍵詞總結(jié)為一個(gè)綜合事件，突出其關(guān)注度以及其作用。

比如題干里的關(guān)鍵詞：money spent on young children’s education or universities; 又或者關(guān)鍵詞可以被總結(jié)上升到了一個(gè)比較大的維度：the problem of education investment。

托福獨(dú)立寫作開頭方法

因此我們可以開頭以上述方法寫出：

As is reported by mass media, the increasing number of individuals has attached much importance to the problem of educational investment given by government which plays an irreplaceable role in accomplishing accelerated development of a country。

其中the problem of educational investment given by government就是題目提取出的關(guān)鍵詞總結(jié)事件，accomplishing accelerated development of a country就是這個(gè)事件的影響。

Step 2.確立自己的觀點(diǎn)，接下來(lái)描述對(duì)立觀點(diǎn)下的一種具體現(xiàn)象和原因，做正反兩個(gè)觀點(diǎn)的簡(jiǎn)短討論，為接下來(lái)轉(zhuǎn)折至自己觀點(diǎn)的論證進(jìn)行鋪墊。

Influenced by pressure of difficulties in employment, some aggressive students strongly require more financial support to cross-culture-communication programs. （反方觀點(diǎn)的現(xiàn)象）Such an emotional appeal is in the existence for the sake of accumulation of oversea experience as well as preparation for competitive challenges.（現(xiàn)象的原因）

譯：

受到就業(yè)壓力的影響，一些有進(jìn)取心的學(xué)生會(huì)有強(qiáng)烈的需求，希望在跨文化交流項(xiàng)目上獲得更多的經(jīng)濟(jì)支持。這樣的一種情感需求是為了積累海外經(jīng)驗(yàn)以及為具有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性的挑戰(zhàn)做好準(zhǔn)備。

托福獨(dú)立寫作如何審題

Step 3.善于運(yùn)用轉(zhuǎn)折邏輯詞however/while/whereas 突出自己的觀點(diǎn)，運(yùn)用總結(jié)性正向形容詞側(cè)面突出個(gè)人觀點(diǎn)。

However, it is sensible for the government to focus on the investment in children’s education for the long-term benefit.

將以上綜合在一起，就有了以下的高分開頭段：
