Nowadays, ‘quiet cars’ can be found on trains, in which people are forbidden to use their cell phones and computers or talk loudly. What is your opinion on this policy and why?

托福口語答題思路：
1）支持—確保公共場合安靜，不對他人造成干擾；長遠(yuǎn)來看，幫助公民形成好習(xí)慣，在任何公共場所個人活動都盡量不影響他人
2）不完全支持—使用手機或電腦是個人權(quán)利，不應(yīng)該用政策來約束；公共場合確實要盡量安靜，所以可以要求人們盡量小聲說話，減少對他人的干擾

托�？谡ZSample answer：
Actually, I don’t fully support this policy since we have the right to use electronic appliances such as cell phones or computers when taking public transportations like the train, especially if we need to deal with work issues or keep in contact with others. So banning the use of computers or mobile phones seems to be too restrictive. On the other hand, I do agree that people need to keep quiet when in public occasions, specifically, no matter we are making phones calls, watching videos or chatting with others, we need to keep the voice down and try not to disturb others.

Your friend would like to invite people over at their place for a dinner party. What advice would you give your friend and why?

托�？谡Z答題思路：
本題的advice不可數(shù)名詞，因此大家既可以給出幾條建議并逐一陳述原因，也可以只給一條建議并陳述原因
1）盡量10點前結(jié)束—party參加人員較多，且會播放音樂。如果太晚結(jié)束會干擾周圍居民休息，造成不必要的沖突；參加party的人不用熬夜，能夠正常作息，不影響第二天的活動
2）提前統(tǒng)計好人數(shù)并準(zhǔn)備相應(yīng)的食物—減少不必要的浪費
3）發(fā)電子版邀請卡而非紙質(zhì)—保護(hù)環(huán)境

托�？谡ZSample answer：
I might advise that the party should be over at 10 pm. One reason is that normally there are lots of people taking part in parties and people like to play some sort of loud and quick music to dance with or to create a kind of excitement. So if the party ends too late, people living in the neighborhood might be disturbed and even worse, sometimes this may cause certain conflicts. Plus, if people party too late, they will not have a regular rest, but if the party finishes before ten, they can rest early and thus have enough energy to study or do other stuff the next day.
