1.While是從屬連詞，而but是并列連詞。這就意味著，while要連接兩個獨立的句子，而but既可以連接兩個獨立的句子，也可以連接兩個并列的結(jié)構(gòu)。

第二句話，兩個動詞的主語都是 the housing price in country A
2.從上面兩個句子來看，while一般是兩個東西的比較，而but 可以是描述一個東西本身的轉(zhuǎn)折。
第一句話是對比兩個國家的房價差異，而第二個句子說的是一個國家的房價變化。
3.While 在對比兩個東西的時候，可以放在句首、也可以放在句中，而but只能放在句中。
While the housing price in country A dropped, the figure for country B climbed.(√)
