The school is always a place where each decision or change attracts attention of both students and parents. Where the money should be invested does never stop arguing. Some people hold the statement that schools are supposed to hire famous teachers for improving whole level of study quality. Yet, from my perspective, I firmly contend that improving facilities will bring more benefits for the school and students.

First of all, improving facilities, unquestionably, will attract more students to choose this school so that its enrollment will increase a lot. According to the data of google website, students and parents incline to regard the school with relatively higher-quality facilities as their first choice. Hence, with a rising number of students choosing this school, the whole financial condition and even the reputation will be improved. And because of the better financial situation, the school will have ability to hire more teachers, to meet more needs of students and parents. As a result, this school will be more prestigious. And this will be a positive recycle. Therefore, from a long-term development, schools should focus more on completing facilities.

In addition, students will have better study space and resources as more money invested in improving facilities. Libraries are very essential places for almost every student, especially for undergraduates and graduates, where they will spend most time in searching for resources, finishing their assignments, discussing problems and etc. Consequently, improving libraries will not only supply more space for students to have a comfortable and quiet environment to study, but also support students with more and better resources to study and discuss. Besides, like laboratories, if a school, particularlyfor higher education, desires to have more scientific achievements and cultivate more scientific talents, it should provide financial aid to introduce advanced equipment and other materials.

Finally, though hiring famous teachers does bring more specialized instructions for students, this kind of advantage only benefits relatively fewer people than the above approach do . The energy of these famous instructors is limited, and their knowledge and abilities are specialized for certain fields rather than for all students. But improving the facilities will serve each students. Furthermore, schools have other alternative approaches to make students connect with famous professors and even receive instructions from them, such as holding lectures, establishing inter-school courses and so forth.

Concerning all these benefits discussed above, I firmly convince that improving and completing facilities rather than hiring more famous teachers will benefit more for both schools and students.
