It seems common that teenagers are committing more crimes in many countries. They have the tendency to break the law because some of them do not know much about the legal system and some go against the law for the sake of survival.
Some young criminals have a little understanding of what is right and what is wrong as their parents or teachers barely provide any necessary guidance to help them understand the social rules. So these teenagers may underestimate the consequences of their acts, which provokes them to break the law without fear and worries.

It is also concerned that some teenagers do illegal things for financial support. Some of these youngsters live in poverty and they could not rely on their parents who hardly can provide food and shelter for themselves. as a result, the young need to make quick money through some law-forbidden ways like stealing.

Given the reasons for youth crimes, here are methods that can make a difference. First of all, schools and parents should work together to teach the teens about their behavior and consequences. Once the youngsters know that there is a price for what they do, they will discipline themselves. Second, governments may consider offering financial help to poor families. Giving these families food and shelter at least can prevent more crimes as the teenagers know that the threat to their survival is removed and they can concentrate on schooling again.

To conclude, having a high portion of crimes committed by teenagers may relate to their ignorance of law and their need for survival. Therefore, law education at school and home should be introduced along with financial support to poor areas and families, through which the number of youth crimes can be controlled.

Some people argue that young criminals would receive the same kind of punishment as adults if they commit serious crimes. My view is that if these young people break the law for the first time, they should be treated less strictly. If they have done more than once, there is little reason to protect them from harsh punishment.

Some underage criminals do not have a clear understanding of the consequences of their behavior when they make the mistake for the first time, so the law should be merciful in this situation. The main point of punishment to this group is to educate them the importance of obeying the law, rather then punish them for being ignorant of the law. So giving then a softer punishment could be enough to prevent them from doing further harm to the society.

However, if these underage criminals never learned the lesson and keep crossing the bottom line of the legal system, a severer treatment is necessary in this case. The law could not forgive a lawbreaker again and again, which can trigger people's doubt on legal justice. Therefore, no matter how young they are, breaking the law seriously for the second time deserves the equivalent punishment as adults.

In conclusion, I believe that those young people who have only committed a serious crime once deserve a less harsh punishment whereas those who keep ignoring the consequences of their wrong behavior should be treated the same as adults. In this way, the social justice can be respected to a large extend.

Undeniably, the frequent occurrence of criminal activity has threatened the safe and security of people’s life and their property, so that we all are afraid of being hurt by criminals both at home and outside the living place. In fact, from my perspective, the dependence on internet and the terrible traffic congestion both have led to the unsafe feelings, so that we have to take the effective measures for protecting us.

Obviously, the hacker certainly is able to steal and peep our privacy, including the username of account and passwords, through the internet no matter where we are, if we are logging in the account through the cell phone or laptop, so that the internet users are so worrying about their money in bank account and the credits in the credit card. For instance, like my mother, she never uses the Online Bank because she believes all of her money will be lost if she loses her cell phone or forgets the account information.

Admittedly, lots of measures could be taken to secure our life. Precisely, the government and authorities should monitor the environment of the Internet in order to minimize the spread of Computer virus. Besides, the internet users also need to learn how to identify those illegal websites and avoid to click those dangerous buttons and install those unknown applications. Moreover, the bank also should be take some measures to confirm the identification of users through the dynamic codes or the unique cipher key.

In essence, lots of reasons, including the use of internet and the serious traffic jam, might let us feel unsafe, but an increasing number of measures and approaches could help us to overcome these kinds of problems in order to guarantee that we are living in the safer condition. In fact, the government and authorizes, like the police station and army, should be responsible more for our safety and security.
