1.If you have an opportunity to go to a free class during the weekend, which of the following would you choose to go to, public speaking, starting your own business, or photography and why? Please include details and examples in your explanation.

思路拓展：此類(lèi)題目遵循兩條理由則可以破解所有免費(fèi)課的題目：1）能學(xué)到知識(shí), 結(jié)合本課程內(nèi)容稍作拓展；2）選哪門(mén)課都可以，一般你選擇的肯定是你比較喜歡的課程，那么班級(jí)里其他成員也是如此，通過(guò)一起學(xué)習(xí)，可以結(jié)交更多朋友

Sample answer：
Personally，I will take photography class since it’s pretty useful. I might learn how to take a selfie, how to set the proportion of picture as well as how to make the best use of light in this class. Plus, I have a personal interest in taking photos especially shooting some natural views, and I believe I will meet some classmates who share same interest with me, then we can talk about our favorite photographer, the best photo we’ve ever taken or maybe go to the gallery together. I am sure we will become good friends soon. So this class also provides me an opportunity to expand my social network.

2.Talk about an activity that you would prefer to engage in with your friends rather than by yourself. Explain why. Please include details and examples in your explanation.

思路拓展：此題開(kāi)放性很強(qiáng)，可選擇方向很多，如旅游/ 某項(xiàng)運(yùn)動(dòng)/ 某個(gè)娛樂(lè)活動(dòng)（看電影，參加演唱會(huì)等），通用理由：自己一人太無(wú)聊了，和朋友一起旅游/ 做運(yùn)動(dòng)/ 參加某項(xiàng)娛樂(lè)活動(dòng)則可以聊天，交流看法。此類(lèi)題目建議搭配一個(gè)具體相關(guān)過(guò)去經(jīng)歷的例子

Sample answer:
I prefer to go to the movies with my friends. One reason is that I will be bored if I watch a movie alone, but with my friends, I mean, we can buy a large size popcorn, watch the movie and share the food, I really like that feeling! Moreover, we can talk about the plot, our favorite character and the like afterwards, and that’s something I cannot do if I watch a movie myself. Last month, my best friend Anna and I saw the movie Zootopia. It was a really hilarious movie so that we had a fun time in the theatre. Plus, We were both impressed by Julie the detective since she is very persistent and optimistic.

1.Do you agree or disagree with the following statement?  Zoos are useful than harmful to animals.  Explain why. Please include specific examples and details in your explanation.

Sample answer:
I agree with the statement that Zoos do more good than harm to animals. For one thing, animals, especially some rare animals like pandas in China, their population is drastically declining during past few decades because of human activity such as hunting and capturing. Yet zoos provide a safe zone for such animals and they have nice shelter living in the zoo. For another, zookeepers nowadays have been professionally trained so that animals get better care in the zoo. For instance, working stuff carefully arrange balanced and healthy meal for animals to ensure they can get enough nutrition they need.

2.Some people prefer to travel alone. Others prefer to travel with their family. Which do you prefer and why?  Please include specific examples and details in your explanation.

思路拓展：典型的獨(dú)自一人VS 和一群人。建議選擇一群人，通用理由：家庭對(duì)我的重要性- 通過(guò)旅游增進(jìn)感情 ，建議配一個(gè)小例子即可。

Sample answer：
I’ll definitely travel with family members since I care them a lot and they are the most important people to me. By traveling with my family, I will spend some precious family time with them, have more fun and thus enhance our relationship. For instance, last Spring festival, my parents and I had a nice vacation in Sanya, a nice coastal city in southern China. Every morning we went to the seaside to take a walk. Later, we bought some fresh seafood like crabs and fish from local fisherman and then mom would made a us a yummy meal. In the late evening, we liked to swim in the sea or build sand castle on the beach. It was such a wonderful experience that I will never forget.
