英語口語表達一直以來都是廣大中國高中生的一個“痛處”，口語老卡殼？這些最常用的動詞短語你都知道嗎？！

1. face up to

承擔，勇敢面對

We might as well face up to the fact that we live in a car culture. and it won`t  change overnight.

2. work out

鍛煉身體，不要再千篇一律的do exercise了，我們可以用work out來表達。例如：

I used to work out every morning but now l don`t have such time.

3.figure out

 理解；可以用來替換understand

It  took them about one month to figure out how to start the equipment.

4. get rid of

消除，去掉

We should try to get rid of the negative impact of air pollution.

5. stick to
