For one thing, the finance management course enables students to have a rational consumption. The word “Neet” which means a person who is not in education, employment or training, was known to the public as early as the 18th century. By now, it has become a common phenomenon in the modern society, and the underlying reason lies in young people’s lack of ability to manage their finance after entering the society. For example, instead of saving money for a rainy day, many girls spend most of their salary on cosmetics, luxury clothes or handbags once getting their pay, and the similar situation happens on boys who spend most of their income on expensive gym shoes and various social activities. Thus, if high school students are lucky enough to know the importance of managing their finance and learn some effective ways of saving money and investment in the course, things will turn better.

For another, the finance management course enables students to comprehend their parents’ hard work and avoid some bad habits. More and more parents, especially those who live in urban cities are so busy with their career that they rarely have time to accompany their children and show affection. Thus, a large amount of pocket money is provided to the children as a sort of compensation. Their kids, however, never know the difficulty of making money, let alone cherishing the pocket money and spend it rationally. Some of them may form some bad habits like getting addicted to computer games, and some even compare with their friends or classmates unrealistically. Therefore, the opening of a finance management course should definitely be thumbed up because it can help students establish the right habits of spending money and avoid leading them astray.

讓步：It is true that in the cooking course, the students can acquire some basic skill of preparing some tasty meals, which is useful for their independent life in the future. Also, it is necessary for students to learn some fundamental auto-repair knowledge in school because once their cars are broken, they may solve problems on their own. However, learning how to cook can be achieved in their family and compared with the potential problem which might be caused in the future if they can not manage their finance, the necessity of the finance management course should be given priority.

My major consideration is that if the government covers the internet usage fee, economic burden of citizens could be largely alleviated. While for the government, their primary responsibility is creating favorable social welfare for its people and endeavoring  to relieve their economic stress. Therefore, if the internet usage fee is paid by the government,  the sum of money could be saved and used in more significant aspects. Although it does not seem like a big deal, in the long run, its value could not be neglected. 

On the other hand, the e-commerce of the society could be boosted. Government’s undertaking will definitely make internet available to a wider range of internet users, which undoubtedly will establish a larger platform for e-commerce. Because of the great convenience of online shopping, more and more businesses will enter this platform and start their trade. Meanwhile, due to the accelerating of social pace, modern people are normally too overwhelmed to go shopping, which leads to the result that more and more consumers also appear on the platform. Besides, with internet accessible to more people, those who live in the rural areas will also benefit from online shopping.

Initially, the advancement of modern technology alienates people. Presently, people overly depend on electronic products, making the opportunity of social interaction decrease dramatically. For instance, subway takers will stare at their mobile phone screen reading novels or playing games, and they are reluctant to offer help when there is someone who needs a seat standing beside them. Also, social network enables people to make contact with each other more conveniently, but it also exert negative impact on friendship by reducing the chances of face to face communication. It appears that people may communicate more with each other, while actually, they are just employing impersonal words to communicate rather than interact affectionately.

In addition, the increasing of social pressure brings more negative emotion to modern people. The acceleration of social pace will definitely cause huge physical and mental pressure to people, thus, consciously or unconsciously, pressure will accumulate gradually and cause negative mood. This can be best illustrated by the example of researchers in a futures trading(期貨貿(mào)易）company who have to deal with a large quantity of data and make diagrams to predict the market condition. Another example is that a software engineer often works more than ten hours a day, and the overloaded intellectual work makes them exhausted and under huge pressure. People can imagine that under such circumstances, they will be irritable and not in the mood of being friendly. Therefore, it is convincing that modern people show less politeness and friendliness to others and the friendship is alienated.
