時間狀語從句
1. 常用引導(dǎo)詞：when, while, as, as soon as, since,before, after, till, until？
下面我們結(jié)合例句主要重點區(qū)分下when，while, as, since，till, until的區(qū)別
a )when引導(dǎo)的從句，強(qiáng)調(diào)的可以是時間點，也可以是時間段;
Marry was about to leave when the telephone rang. when you apply for a job, you must present your credentials.
a) while 一般強(qiáng)調(diào)的是一段時間，往往和進(jìn)行時連用;
When the teacher paraphrased the text in English, the students listened attentively and took notes.
c)as后面一般加一段時間，但時間狀語從句用的較少;
We were having breakfast as she was combing her hair.
d)since 自從，主句常與完成時連用。
We’ve never met since we graduated from the college.
e) till /until till常用于肯定句，主句謂語為持續(xù)性動詞時用;until一般用于否定句，多與瞬間動詞連用;
Donald will remain in college till he finishes his Ph.D course.
I won’t go with you until I finished my homework.
2. 特殊引導(dǎo)詞：
a) hardly …when,no sooner … than一…就…
Tom had hardly entered the room when the class began.
b) every time
I will be in trouble every time I see him.
c) the minute, the moment, the second, the day，the instant
I fall in love with him the moment I saw him.
地點狀語從句
常見引導(dǎo)詞：where, wherever
Where there is a will, there is a way.
I will follow you wherever you go.
原因狀語從句
1. 常用引導(dǎo)詞：because, since, as, since
My friends dislike me because I’m handsome and successful.
2. ？特殊引導(dǎo)詞：now that(既然), in that(在于), considering that(考慮到), given that(鑒于)
Now that everybody has come, let’s begin our conference.
The higher income tax is harmful in that it may discourage people from trying to earn more.
Considering that you have grown up, you should learn to be independent.
= Given that you have grown up, you should learn to be independent.
