Task1：Choose one of the following natural environment and explain why you would like to live there most: mountain, forest, desert, prairie, seashore or somewhere else? Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.
　　I definitely will choose to live along seashore. Because that’s where I can get tanned and feel breeze at the same time. I have traveled to many places including all the natural environments mentioned above. Living in mountain requires lots of physical strength because whatever we need is carried all the way from the foot of the mountain and I have to walk stairs everyday. Goods are extremely dear. Living in forest is too creepy like those scenes I’ve watch in movies for thousands of times. Seashore gets sunshine, bikini and everything positive. That’s the most enjoyable place I can imagine.

Task1：What measure can you suggest to help improve the campus environment？
　　I suggest the school administer should establish specific policies like trash should be placed in trash bin, and fine those who break them. Take my school for example, students were not quite disciplined and just litter trash around because they would not bother to walk 10 meters to put garbage in where they are supposed to be. Soon after my school administer carried out the policy I’ve mentioned. People start to think twice before they litter. Because there is price to pay, which is totally not a good deal at all. After there is something students hold respect to. The campus environment now is improved greatly.

Task1：What is the biggest challenge for university students and why? Please include details and examples in your answers.
　　According to my personal experience, organizing time has been my biggest headache since I got enrolled in college. Because the style of life and study in here is absolutely different from the one I had back in high school. Chinese high school teachers have a fixed time schedule for their students who have all sorts of homework to finish daily. That means that there is barely any available time left for students to arrange. While the college situation the is like the opposite of this. No presence or little assignment is required. All the professors ask for is students showing up for final and passing it. High school doesn’t prepare students for college. That’s the reason.

Task2: Is it better to grow up in a large family or in a small family? Explain why. Please include details and examples in your answers.
　　The former will do more good as far as I’m concerned. Because large family will cultivate many precious qualities like sharing, caring, sense of responsibility in people. Take my cousin Mike for example, he was born and raised in a big family with 4 younger sisters and bothers in total. A big brother basically plays a role of parents while they are absent. He made sure that the younger ones would finish their schoolwork in time, tucked them in at nighttime. He observes and knows how to put people in right place to make full use out of it. Those experiences would have been possible for him if he grew up in a small family with him as the only child.

Task2: do you agree or disagree with the statement that zoos are more beneficial than harmful to animals. Explain why. Please include details and examples in your answers.
　　I am all for this idea. Because putting endangered animal in reserved zone is great way to protect them. Let’s see, China’s national treasure panda. It is a kind of cute, bear-like creature living in middle-west China. Sadly, the number of it is around 2ooo globally. If there is no zoo set up and word spread, people probably wouldn’t have know about it or even worse, people like it a lot and hunters would have captured them or killed them for money. The zoo is a more like a gesture from the government showing animals like panda are cared and should be cherished and protected.
