 以下是今年考過的一篇社會類大作文，講的是“要不要像禁煙那樣在一些場合禁止手機的使用”。雖然是個新題，但同樣套路或類似題材的考題不勝枚舉，只要有認真準備過歷年真題的，絕對不會對這題目感到吃驚。

我們注意到題干部分由兩句話組成：第一句的關鍵部分是as antisocial as，稍加思考就可得知這句是“主觀觀點”而非“客觀事實”；第二句以so為界線其實又可以分成兩部分，前半句是客觀事實，而后半句則是主觀觀點。所以，在回答agree/disagree時，題干中所有主觀觀點的部分都應該針對性地進行support/undermine。

按四段式的結構展開：開頭引出話題+簡單回應問題；

中間兩段都是主體部分，分別找到兩個切入點并拓展；

結尾與開頭呼應，重申自己的觀點。

中文提綱如下： 總觀點：使用手機和吸煙雖有本質不同，但同意在一些場合限制手機的使用。 主體段一：討論使用手機和吸煙的不同之處，以及為什么無法像禁煙那樣禁手機的使用。 主體段二：討論為什么支持在有些公共場所還是應該禁止使用手機的原因。 結尾段：重申像禁煙那樣禁手機是不現(xiàn)實的，但還是希望有些地方能有更嚴格些的規(guī)范。

原創(chuàng)范文供參考： The use of mobile phone is as antisocial as smoking. Smoking is banned in certain places so mobile should be banned like smoking. Do you agree or disagree? It is argued that mobile phone users should be treated just the same way as smokers due to the disruptive effects they can cause. I think there is a fundamental difference between using a cell phone and smoking, but I do agree to restrict the use of cells in some occasions. Banning mobile phone usage would surely not be accepted as easily as it is for smoking. Those who never smoke are almost certain to find the smell intolerable. Some may even choke or have other manifestation of discomfort. In the cases where children are involved, the nearby smoker is particularly irritating for the obvious damage caused. By contrast, using a cell phone itself is not that offensive. It is usually the inappropriate ways people use their phones that disturb the others. As long as the users can lower their voice and finish the conversation within just several minutes, they are unlikely to interfere with those around in most places. Also, it is impossible to prevent people from using their mobiles in any places where smoking is banned, supposing an emergency just occurs and there is nowhere else on a bus, for example, to answer the phone. However, I believe there is a necessity to ban the use of mobile phone in certain public places, such as museum, cinema and lecture hall. In those occasions, people are either appreciating or studying something, a preoccupied state which is most susceptible to the influence from any noises. They would find it extremely hard to get immersed back into the same mood or atmosphere once distracted by the annoying voice of a nearby phone user. In fact, the latter one can avoid the disruption he or she brings by simply walking into a restroom or out of the building before making the call. That is why a phone talker in cinema never fails to offend the true moviegoers severely. In conclusion, while it is unrealistic to ban the cell phone usage exactly like smoking, I tend to support a relatively stricter regulation in some specific places where people should not be allowed to use their phones.
