　　1. 方便商品運輸,舉例,某鐘表公司,有了鐵路,可以讓很多人都購買他的鐘表,不僅僅是那些本地的或周圍的, 比較遠的地方的人們也可以購買;

　　2. 讓公司 located in new area,舉例,某公司依靠煤,有跌路后他們就可以選擇更好的地點而不是只在煤礦周圍, 因為跌路運輸可以讓他們得到煤。

　　社會的穩(wěn)定性有兩種形式形成,一是人們從事同一個種類的工作,這樣大家有共同的作息時間,共同的關(guān)注點等;另一個是從事不同種類的工作,做出不同的貢獻,人們相互依賴,從而形成穩(wěn)定性。

　　Society is made up of many members within different communities. The members in society　depend on each other in order to function. Society must function if we are to progress and　improve, so the stability of society is vital for all of us. In this lecture we are going to discuss the　two ways in which society remains stable.

　　The first method in which society remains stable is called unification. This process is where　people within society do the same kind of job stay together. In doing this, the people share the　same kind of working schedule and similar hobbies and interests. This also places similar types of　people together in a joint atmosphere, where they already have the requirement to interact easily　with each other.

　　The second method in which society remains stable is called collaboration. This process is　where people within society do very different kind of jobs stay together. In doing this people　that have different interest, expertise and experiences interact with each other and provide support　to each other. This type of society remains stable primarily because of each member depends on　others for assistance and support. 　　In the lecture, the professor mainly discussed about the stability of society. According to him,there are two different methods to ensure a stable society.The first one is called unification, which refers to a process where people within the society do the　same kind of job and stay together. The second method is called collaboration. This process is　where people within the society do very different kinds of jobs while staying together.To explain the first method of unification, the professor illustrates the conception with some　details, saying that in a unified society, people share the same kind of working schedule and　similar hobbies and interests. This also places similar types of people together in a joint atmosphere, where they already have the requirement to interact easily with each other. On the　other hand, in a society of collaboration, people within the society do very different types of jobs.　They have different interest, expertise and experiences. They interact with each other and provide　support to each other. This kind of society remains stable primarily because each social member depends on others for assistance and support. That means one member is very difficult to becompletely independent from the others. As a result, the society remains stable just as a strong net.
