（1）S1 E1 Introduction

Leonard: that’s probably enough about us, so, tell us about you.
　　Penny: me? Okay. I am a Sagittarius, which probably tells you way more than you need to know.
　　Sheldon: yes. It tells us that you participate in the mass cultural delusion that the sun’s apparent position relative to arbitrarily defined constellations at the time of your birth somehow affects your personality.
　　Penny: participate in the what?
　　Leonard: I think what Sheldon’s trying to say is that Sagittarius wouldn’t have been our first guess.
　　Penny: yeah, a lot of people think I am a water sign. Ok, let’s, what else. I am a vegetarian except for fish, and the occasional steak. I love steak.
　　Leonard: do you have some sort of a job?
　　Penny: I am a waitress at the cheesecake factory.

我們看到，Penny首先介紹自己的星座constellation，Sagittarius是射手座，(water sign 水相星座)。然后說的是自己的素食主義者vegetarian，但又愛吃肉。最后說的自己是服務(wù)員。結(jié)果默默被謝耳朵吐槽了。

槽點(diǎn)：
　　1. mass cultural delusion 大眾文化的幻想
　　2. sun’s apparent position relative to arbitrarily defined constellations 太陽位置與任意指定的星座相關(guān)
　　3. somehow affects your personality 不知道怎么地，就影響了我們的性格

（2）S1 E1 dinner is on me.

Leonard: we are home.
　　Penny: what happened?
　　Leonard: well, your ex-boyfriend sends his regards and I think the rest is fairly self-explanatory.
　　Penny: I am so sorry. I really thought if you guys went instead of me, he wouldn’t be such an ass.
　　Leonard: no, it was a valid hypothesis.
　　Sheldon: that was a valid hypothesis? What is happening to you?
　　Penny: really, thank you so much for going and trying. You are just so terrific. Why don’t you put some clothes on? I will get my purse and dinner’s on me, okay?
　　Leonard: really, great.
　　Sheldon: you are not done with her, are you?
　　Leonard: our babies will be smart and beautiful.
　　Sheldon: not to mention imaginary.

Fairly: 相當(dāng)?shù)亍８痹~，可以在口語里替換very來用。
　　self-explanatory: 不解釋。片段里leonard和謝耳朵是光著腿回來的，所以結(jié)果很明顯，無需解釋，字面意思是自我解釋。
　　Terrific: 很贊。在口語里可替換good, great之類的詞。
　　Dinner is on me: 吃飯去，我請客。
　　Be done with someone: 和誰結(jié)束，和誰玩完了。I am done with you. 我不要跟你好了！知道怎么甩人了不？
