Many organizations are playing significant roles in various social businesses and these organizations are usually dominated by elders. While, some one suggests that youths should be given some such managing opportunities. Personally, I appreciate this viewpoint.
First and foremost, dislike the empirical mind of aged people, young people get much deeper acquaintance of the situation of current society, thus, their thinking mode could better cater to the present social circumstances. Under their leadership, those organizations could consider more about the present social requirements thereby providing more assistance for more people and simultaneously achieving more social support.
Besides, another essential factor that should not be readily ignored is youths are necessarily more energetic than seniors, which means they are able to spend more time in addressing multiple organsation’s business. It is known that missions of each social organsation, such as investigating abroad, are always extremely strenuous and accompany heavy pressure, thus, it is difficult for people who approach retirement to bear such high strength work due to their healthy conditions.
However, despite that some people still criticise that young people lack both working experience and personal relationship, these drawbacks would bring a series of barriers of the enaction and implementation of their working plan. While, as a matter of fact, each young adult has to experience a period of accumulation process whatever work they are confronting, the public should hold enough patience and provide them with more support, they will give full play to their talent into their daily business as long as they could conquer those difficulties via their own persistence.
In summary, even though, compare with old people, the young definitely occupy apparent shortcomings in several aspects, while, providing that the attempting opportunities never be provide for them, they will never come to the fore and become the mainstream power of social advancement. Therefore, social organisations should boldly promote some young people even though it exist some short-term risks.
