Engaging other members in decision can reduce the possibility of making mistakes. It  is natural that humans tend to decide on a wrong track owing to limited knowledge and life experience. Prominent leaders responsible for benefits from the whole team are supposed to invite more members who can present different views of points and offer timely warning. On the other hand, if one stuck stubbornly to his own thought, ignoring others’ advice, he along with his people would meet doom as it is destined to be. Throughout human history, the tragedies of Casar and Qsing Dynasty emperors still lingered in modern minds. Thus, in order to save great loss, young leaders are expected to involve others in important decision making.

Social activities if provided will definitely increase job opportunity among students. One key component of social activity is internship program, which at first practices what students learned in class. Since companies complain new graduates barely grasp any practical skills, schools are expected to provide programs. For example, students majoring in communication in Columbia University can fully understand concerns and thoughts from the public after they are introduced by school dean or professors to intern in New Yorker or other broadcasting companies. On the other hand, it provides the optimal opportunity for undergraduates to establish valuable interpersonal relationship with supervisors. After all, employers favor those applicants who have gained previous experience of working in companies. Therefore, schools are supposed to add more cooperative programs.

Sometimes pressure is too overwhelming to be solved by spending time alone. The thriving business of psychologist doctors consultation adequately proves that mental problems individuals have in minds expect sharing and consulting rather than tolerating all the pressure. For example, females who are diagnosed as depression during pregnancy are advised by doctors to talk with their husbands and children about their concerns and fear. As a result, all the conflicts will evaporate immediately and the previously cherished family harmony restore on their faces. Another case is that teenagers have frustration of their future and identity. Without any chance to discuss with their parents, these poor young may find extreme to outlet their tension and even go astray, which is why juvenile delinquency is soaring up so rapidly these years. Thus, getting rid of stress and restoring happiness is not just about private affair.
