The maps below show the development of college campus in 1925 and 2010

范文：

These two maps clearly summarize the changes taken place at a college campus across those two years 1925 and 2010.

In 1925, a sports ground was situated in the northwest corner of the campus half surrounded by a road to its west. And staring from the road, there are two branches from the west to the east. One connected the car park located in the northeast and the other bridged a cafe and a music center, to the south of which was a lecture room.

After 85 years , as can be seen from the2010 map, there was no change about the road ,the lecture room and the music center, but a new science building had been built in the center of the map. Moreover, the sports ground and cafe had been replaced by an indoor sports hall and a drama theater respectively. Besides, the car park had been expanded whose southwest corner had been occupied by the drama theater. It is noticeable that the the area of the library had also been increased and divided into an IT center in the west and a library in the east.

In conclusion, after a series of changes, the functions would be more diversified.

In the latest ten years, an increasing number of celebrities tend to actively get involved in charities, such as offering help in international aids organizations. This practice is believed to appeal to more people to solve problems effectively and efficiently. However, others said that this kind of behavior is utilized to improve their own images. It is universally acknowledged that celebrities’ engagement in charity-related activities are able to exert enormous effects on the public through their millions of fans. In other words, by means of their aids, more attentions would be emphasized on the social problems which is predicted to be addressed more rapidly. The most convincing reason is that their fans or sponsors are more likely to fund the problems or offer other sorts of support. For example, Jackie Chan , as a famous action movie star worldwide as well as the ambassador of United Nations, has helped thousands of orphans with his fans. Therefore, to solve the problems, famous people’s favor is undeniable. (107) （表語從句，將來時態(tài)， 插入語，完成時，非謂語）

However, not every notable person prefers to devote their whole energy to the charity activities,  disseminating themselves is the primary reason for some of them. They only appear in the media  to show a decent image and have little sense of how to deal with the problems. Even worse, they would never ask the progress or go back to the organizations again. Neither do their fans care their idols’ disappearance. (71) （部分倒裝，動名詞做主語，neither引導部分倒裝）

Personally, I would stand up for the eminent person attending international aids organizations serious. What should be advocated is that they continue denoting money to the disabled children  or building schools for them in the needy areas, encouraging more people to offer assistance. In terms of those whose aim is to improve their images, they do not deserve our respects. (60)（主語從句，現(xiàn)在分詞短語做定語，現(xiàn)在分詞做結(jié)果狀語，定語從句）
