雅思聽力單選題實(shí)例分析

雅思聽力考試中的選擇題分為單選題以及多選題，本文就用劍橋4中的部分選擇題來和大家分享關(guān)于雅思聽力單選題的相關(guān)做題方法。首先，充分利用看題時(shí)間快速瀏覽所有題干及選項(xiàng)，劃出定位詞。
　　這里的定位詞是指一些不容易被替換的詞，大部分為名詞等，將這些定位詞標(biāo)出，可以有效地防止學(xué)生做選擇題最容易出現(xiàn)的漏題現(xiàn)象。根據(jù)雅思做題的順序原則，幫助學(xué)生定位音頻中說話人現(xiàn)在講到哪個(gè)部分，大致在第幾題的位置。

例1: (C4-2-2)
　　Q11. The Counseling Service may contact tutors if
　　A. they are too slow in marking assignments
　　B. they give students a lot of work
　　C. they don’t inform students about their progress

Q12. Stress may be caused by
　　A. new teachers
　　B. time pressure
　　C. unfamiliar subject matter

很多同學(xué)在做這兩題的時(shí)候會(huì)出現(xiàn)Q12的漏題現(xiàn)象，導(dǎo)致后面很慌亂不知道聽到哪里了，所以這里可以將Q12中的stress該詞作為定位詞，當(dāng)錄音講到stress的時(shí)候，我們知道Q12的考點(diǎn)即將來臨

其次，劃出題干及選項(xiàng)的關(guān)鍵詞，特別是要注意比較選項(xiàng)的異同，找到錄音與選項(xiàng)的契合點(diǎn)進(jìn)行選擇。

例2: (C4-2-2)
　　Q17. Students in financial difficulties can receive
　　A. assistance to buy books
　　B. a loan to pay their course fees
　　C. a no-interest loan to cover study expenses

本題很多同學(xué)在做題的時(shí)候會(huì)去選擇注意聽是assistance, loan還是no-interest loan，實(shí)際上無論是loan還是no-interest loan都屬于assistance。而正確的做題方法是找出選項(xiàng)的不同：要注意聽的是buy books, pay course fees還是cover study expenses方面有一定的幫助。

　　還有一點(diǎn)需要考生明確：選擇題的答案通常不會(huì)和選項(xiàng)一模一樣，而是用同義替換的方式將答案呈現(xiàn)，考生要熟悉這種考試方式。

例3：（C5-4-4）
　　Q31. During the first week of term, students are invited to
　　A. be shown round the library by the librarian
　　B. listen to descriptions of library resources
　　C. do an intensive course in the computer center
　　本題題干的關(guān)鍵詞first week劃出之后，比較選項(xiàng)的不同，選項(xiàng)A的關(guān)鍵詞是shown round, B的關(guān)鍵詞 listen to descriptions, C的關(guān)鍵詞course，對(duì)應(yīng)我們到錄音中去聽，選出同義替換的選項(xiàng)。
　�。ㄤ浺簦篠o, in this first week, we run a series of talks which focus on different aspects of the library and its resources. You will also find that……）

本題答案選B，錄音中的run a series of talks which focus on different aspects of the library and its resources同義替換為listen to descriptions of library resources。所以可以看出，答案和原文不是一模一樣的，而是通過talks（演講）與listen to descriptions（聽介紹）同義轉(zhuǎn)換將答案呈現(xiàn)，所以需要學(xué)生對(duì)詞匯的積累有所掌握。

例4：（C5-4-4）
　　Q35. Why might some students continue to use reference books?
　　A. they can be taken away from the library
　　B. they provide information unavailable elsewhere
　　C. they can be borrowed for an extended loan period

（錄音：Naturally we do still have the full range of classic reference books, additional to the CD-ROMS, for you to use and there are several copies of each one. This is because some of you may prefer to borrow a book rather than sit in the library. There is……）

本題答案選A，錄音中because之后對(duì)應(yīng)回答了Q35的Why…? 而錄音中的prefer to borrow a book rather than sit in the library表明了學(xué)生寧愿借書而非坐在圖書館里看，對(duì)應(yīng)可以看到選項(xiàng)A中說明書本可以被帶離圖書館，所以A為正確選項(xiàng)。

從上面兩題可以看出，同義替換貫穿于雅思聽力考試選擇題中，考生平時(shí)要多積累同義替換詞，這樣考場(chǎng)會(huì)迅速反應(yīng)出相近的意思選出正確的答案。
