1、記住談話人語氣加重所強(qiáng)調(diào)的人，事物或概念。

2、努力把握談話或演講中的關(guān)鍵詞或短語。尤其要關(guān)注談話人不止一次提到的詞或短語。

3、從宏觀上把握談話或演講的內(nèi)容，提煉出講話的主題。例如:
