Task1: Nowadays, robots can help people to do many things. Do you think that it’s a good idea and why?

分析：此題中的關(guān)鍵詞是robot, good idea. 首先表明態(tài)度：I think/don’t think it’s a good idea for the following reasons. 接下來準(zhǔn)備兩個論點/理由來支持自己的觀點�？梢栽诖竽X里先形成頭腦風(fēng)暴：if it is a good idea, what can robots for us?

結(jié)合生活中看到或者聽到的關(guān)于robot的報道，不難發(fā)現(xiàn)robot對我們的life, work, scientific development三個方面都有幫助，然后形成分論點和細節(jié)的筆記。由于考試時候的準(zhǔn)備時間有限（15秒），筆記盡量簡潔，抓住最核心的內(nèi)容寫，不要試圖造完整的句子或短語，因為真考的時候根本寫不了太多：

S1: make life easier: eg, do housework
　　S2: work: do basic tasks: typing, filing, etc
　　S3: scientific research: outer-space, marine

根據(jù)筆記每個分論點造3-5句話，注意細節(jié)的拓展：

Supporting idea 1: Robots can make our daily life easier by sharing some house chores at home. For instance, some robots can do dishes, mop the floor and even provide room services! In this way, we can save the precious time and relax.
　　Supporting idea 2: robots can liberate us from the work loads. Many robots are capable of filing, typing and calculating the data. In this way, we can devote our energy to some more creative work.
　　Supporting idea 3: robots are wildly applied in scientific researches such as exploring outer-space, mining and marine technology. They are like front line “scientist” that can overcome the extreme conditions in those areas and bring back useful data and information.

頭腦風(fēng)暴以后可以從這三個論點中任意選取兩個，形成一個45秒鐘的答案：

Well, as far as I am concerned, robots can benefit us in various ways.
　　To begin with, they can liberate us from the work loads. Many robots are capable of filing, typing and calculating the data. In this way, we can devote our energy to some more creative work.
　　Apart from that, robots are wildly applied in scientific researches such as exploring outer-space, mining and marine technology. They are like front line “scientist” that can overcome the extreme conditions in those areas and bring back useful data and information. (89 words)

在45秒鐘以內(nèi)講完語言適中75-100個單詞足夠了，topic development上注意有中心句，分論點，足夠的細節(jié)讓考官follow到就可以了，語言簡單直接就可以，不需要用很復(fù)雜的表達。最重要的是聽起來清楚、流暢、完整。

Task 2: Some people prefer to finish reading a book at once; others prefer to finish reading a book for several times. Which way do you prefer and why?

這是一道很中規(guī)中矩的A or B型題，講的是學(xué)習(xí)的選擇。 新通外語80分班教材上用過的題目。這種題目的解題思路為迅速選擇立場，A or B, 切忌中立， 然后給出理由。理由可以為你選擇立場的優(yōu)點，也可為對立面的缺點，也就是我們講的A+1，B-1套路。頭腦風(fēng)暴的時候分別記下兩個立場的優(yōu)缺點，注意筆記盡量簡潔，平時練題就要形成考試規(guī)范的筆記：

A+1：have a holistic understanding
　　A+2: read more books
　　A-1: exhausted
　　A-2: just the outline, no deep understanding

B+1: keep interest/curiosity
　　B+2: take a break/no push
　　B-1: time-consuming
　　B-2: lose interest

這樣快速列出優(yōu)缺點有利于訓(xùn)練辯證思維，可以選的點多了就不會覺得無話可說。

Sample answer 1:

From my perspective, I’d like to finish reading a book as soon as I can.
　　First of all, I can have a holistic understanding of the book instead of getting only part of the information. Especially when I am reading an interesting novel, I want to grasp the main plot and the characters as soon as possible. If I have to stop in the middle of the book, I will be killed by curiosity!
　　Moreover, finishing up reading a book can give me more time to read many other books. You know, I am a book-worm and I love to read as many books as I can. If I stop to read the same book from time to time, I will be wasting too much time on that book and have no time for other more interesting ones. (138 words)

注意，如果兩個分論點是并列的關(guān)系，選用的連接詞是moreover, besides等等；但是如果分論點是辯證的關(guān)系，連接詞最好選取有轉(zhuǎn)折意味的如on the other hand, in other words, otherwise等。以sample answer 2為例:

To be honest, I’m the kind of person who prefers to finish reading a book for several times.
　　On one hand, finishing reading a book at once seems like a lot of pressure and I’ll be in a hurry instead of digesting the begining, the highlight of the plot and so forth. I think reading is an enjoyment and it shouldn’t be finished as a task.
　　On the other hand, taking a break when we feel tired is a more natural way of learning and we can have a lot of fun. In addition, if we read slower we can relish the author’s wisdom in the book and have a deep understanding. (112 words)

Task 2考查的就是使用辯證思維表達觀點的能力，同學(xué)們平時練習(xí)題目的時候可以多從正反兩面思考，這樣不僅可以避免通俗的理由，有些論點甚至可以成為萬能理由用在不同的題目當(dāng)中。
