根據(jù)上面提到的A的負(fù)面因素/不利因素/缺陷，人們另一個(gè)想法是…

(e.g. In view of the above-mentioned negative factors in raising theoutput, our second thought is to improve the quality of products.)

例：根據(jù)上面提到的提高產(chǎn)量的負(fù)面因素，我們的另一個(gè)想法是提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。 

2) To counter/offset/counteract/cancel undesirable/side/illeffects/influence/results of A, B is put forward/proposed/advanced as anotherbetter course/ solution to...

為了對抗/抵消/取消A的不良/負(fù)面影響/結(jié)果，B被提出作為對…的另一個(gè)更好的做法/解決辦法。 

(e.g. To counter the undesirable effects of rigid administration, emotionalinvestment is advanced as another better course to success in business.)

例：為了對抗管理僵化的不良影響，感情投資被提出作為商業(yè)成功的另一個(gè)更好的做法。
