1，學(xué)生入學(xué)時承諾畢業(yè)后在 primary care field 干，政府就會給他們提供幫助，比如幫助附貸款或者提供獎學(xué)金

2，可以培訓(xùn)護(hù)士，讓她們承擔(dān)一部分醫(yī)生的工作，比如開藥方，這樣醫(yī)生壓力就減少了

3，美國頒布了一個法律，規(guī)定如果畢業(yè)生三年里都沒有接受培訓(xùn)，政府就會把他們安排到其他醫(yī)院，這些醫(yī)院有 residency positions
