Has fully operational command of the language with only occasional unsystematic inaccuracies and inappropriateness.Misunderstandings may occur unfamiliar situations.Handles complex detailed argumentation well. 非常良好，能將英語運(yùn)用自如，只是偶爾不連貫或用詞不當(dāng)，在不熟悉的狀況下可能出現(xiàn)誤解，對(duì)爭(zhēng)論復(fù)雜細(xì)節(jié)掌握得相當(dāng)好。

6 分 Competent User.Has generally effective command of the language despite some inaccuracies，inappropriateness and misunderstandings。 Can use and understand fairly complex language，particularly in familiar situations.
