　　第一，從Individual（個人）
　　缺點(diǎn)1. 人際關(guān)系冷漠 (lack emotional contact with family members and friends)

　　優(yōu)點(diǎn) 1. 提高效率 (boost / enhance effectiveness and efficiency)
