Students majoring in primary care can hardly pay off  the loans and they are often low paid when they become primary care doctors.

A national program can help to compensate their loan. According to the policy, after their graduation,  students are required to the remote area to practice. And  such experiences can be used to cover loans. What’s more, by doing so, some students  are lucky to gain scholarship.

Primary care doctors tend to suffer from high stress  and heavy workload.

The government will cultivate advanced degree nurses  who are able to share some of the workload of the primary care doctors, such  as the jobs related to prescription medications and caring.

Opportunities to get training are not even.

Uneven assigning the recourses results in uneven distribution of  opportunities to get trained. And the government has realized this problem  and will take actions to reassign the resources every three years among different  hospitals.

利弊類的題目解題的方式是做利弊分析。學(xué)生根據(jù)自己的個(gè)性選擇閱讀的題材，和老師安排閱讀的任務(wù)，到底哪個(gè)更為重要呢？

如果傾向于學(xué)生自己安排閱讀的內(nèi)容，可以說說這樣可以激發(fā)學(xué)生的閱讀興趣，學(xué)生能夠吸收得更好，對于學(xué)生未來得發(fā)展也更好;

如果選擇老師來安排閱讀的任務(wù)，可以說的理由如：為課程內(nèi)容服務(wù)，老師可以把控閱讀的內(nèi)容，避免學(xué)生看一些poorly written, intellectually undemanding的素材，同時(shí)有些素材可能對于學(xué)生的心智發(fā)展不利的。

Reason 1: 激發(fā)學(xué)生閱讀的欲望。（stimulate their reading interests）

其實(shí)無論是老師布置閱讀任務(wù)還是讓學(xué)生們自由選擇閱讀的內(nèi)容，都是出于一個(gè)目的，就是培養(yǎng)孩子們閱讀的習(xí)慣，讓他們能夠多讀書。所以就這個(gè)目的而言，讓學(xué)生們自由選擇效果會更好。因?yàn)橛袝r(shí)老師布置的閱讀內(nèi)容未必是學(xué)生感興趣的，這樣完成的效果也不會很好，也就激發(fā)不了學(xué)生的閱讀欲望了。

Reason2.挖掘?qū)W生的興趣愛好，讓學(xué)生更了解自己，為未來的職業(yè)奠定基礎(chǔ)。

有一句話叫做you are what you read.也就是說一個(gè)人閱讀的內(nèi)容可以體現(xiàn)出她的興趣愛好，她的價(jià)值觀等。讓學(xué)生自己選擇閱讀的內(nèi)容，可以讓學(xué)生更好的了解自己，為未來的發(fā)展做好準(zhǔn)備。例如一個(gè)小男孩他從小就喜歡科幻類的題材，那么在選擇閱讀內(nèi)容時(shí)，也會選擇這類題材，慢慢地他可以成為這塊領(lǐng)域的expert, 在未來發(fā)展時(shí)也會更加目標(biāo)明確。

Reason3讓步段。老師適當(dāng)?shù)夭贾胷eading assignment是重要且必要的，因?yàn)橛行�專業(yè)書籍如果老師不指定，可能學(xué)生就不會去閱讀。但是總的來說，學(xué)生自由閱讀也非常重要，甚至于更重要。例如當(dāng)我回憶以前學(xué)過的知識點(diǎn)時(shí)，可能老師讓我閱讀的那些內(nèi)容我差不多都忘了，但是自己感興趣買來的小說、雜志里邊的內(nèi)容還依然記著。

所以總的來說，Students do reading by their own personality is of  vital importance.
